Born in Milan the 25th of June 1967, Maria Cristina Paolillo has been partner of the firm Garofalo-Vigilante & Paolillo, in Milan on Via Eustachi n.25, since 1998. She specializes in civil law, especially in labour law, family law and in matter of compensation.

She is an expert in contract of employment and self-employment and has faced cases related to social security, mobbing and adequate contractual status.

Within the family law (divorce and separation, minor rights protection and paternity right), she has developed a specific expertise in the negotiation of court agreements and litigation between spouses or cohabiting: property issues, protection of individuals, support, disqualification and ban.

Maria Cristina Paolillo is also advisor for several non-profit organizations.

In addition she is a lecturer for different law courses: workplace safety, civil liability of NPOs, of the banking sector and the construction industry.

She graduates at Catholic University “Sacro Cuore” of Milan in 1994 and is a lawyer since 1997.

She is fluent in spoken and written English.
