AVV. DARIO BELLUCCIO
Born in Naples in January 1975, Dario Belluccio carries out his professional activities mainly in the field of civil law, labor law, welfare and social security, family and minor law.
He graduates in Law at the University of Naples "Federico II" with a final dissertation in labour law. He begins to work in Naples and in 2005 he moves to Bari where he soon starts his collaboration with the firm Garofalo & Vigilante.
His passion and interest for labor law and industrial relations make him an important reference point for workers and for the management of human resources: business transfers and redundancy procedures.
Over the years he has developed his expertise in the field of immigration law, Communitarian and non-Communitarian, and the international protection of human rights. Dario Belluccio is also a member of the Association of Immigration Lawyers (www.asgi.it). He collaborates with the Melting Pot Project Europe (www.meltingpot.org) and the Association GiraffaOnlus (www.giraffaonlus.it).
Due to his collaboration with several publishers and specialized legal websites, he is the author of several essays and books on labor law, social security and welfare, including: “Labor Law”, Edises publishers, “Elements of Health and Safety at Work”, Esselibri editions. He also writes about immigrants’ rights.
Dario Belluccio is also advisor and lecturer for several public and private institutions where he coordinates and organizes the didactic work.
